Terms & Conditions for website usage and conditions for Schools / Tutors Licence

The materials contained in the Transfer Tests paper tests and this website contains material which are owned by or licensed to us and are copyrighted to The Tutoring Company Ltd., Unit A18 Harbour View, Heron Rd Belfast. The Tutoring Company Ltd retains all copyright in the text, graphic images and software. No person or body may mirror, modify or otherwise alter any of the content for redistribution or print the information contained therein without written permission from The Tutoring Company Ltd. Unauthorised reproduction or modification of the materials is prohibited and any infringement of The Tutoring Company Ltd’s copyright will render any party engaged in such infringement liable to an action for damages in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Schools or teachers who wish to use our products with multiple pupils in the classroom or after school clubs can take advantage of our Licence which permits your school to print multiple copies of our Practice Papers & Revision Booklets for your pupils.

Private Tutors and Tutoring Companies can also purchase a licence to use our products with their students.

For prices and/or samples please contact us stating your school or business name, which products you are interested in licensing, along with approximately how many of your pupils/students would be using our products in 2018.

Licensed papers & booklets can come in PDF format so your school or business can easily print as many copies as required. We can also provide printed hard copies at reduced rates delivered to your school or company instead if you prefer, however you would not be permitted to make any copies.

Licence Terms & Conditions

A Licence permits your School to print multiple copies of the practice papers for sole use by a specified number of pupils/students throughout the calendar year.

This is a commercial online pack and your School does not have permission to reproduce, lend, share, copy or distribute printed copies of the practice papers to any other School/Business or persons that are not pupils of your School.

You do not have permission to sell our products to parents or anyone else. Your School/Business does not have permission to use, share, lend, sell, print, copy or distribute the Papers or Booklets after the licence has expired.

Any breach of these conditions shall render you liable to Proceedings for Breach of the Company’s Copyright.

A 2018 licence expires at midnight on December 31st 2018.

We will contact your School/Business when the 2018 tests have been completed to discuss the option of renewing your licence for the 2018/19 transfer test cycle.

Payment Options

Schools: We accept payment from the school or the Education Authority. Schools may recoup part or all of the licence or hard copy costs from parents if they wish however payment must be made by the school or the EA. Tutors & Tutoring Companies: We accept Bank Transfer, Cheques or Paypal
